WHAT ARE THE APPROXIMATE DIMENSIONS OF EACH KIOSK?
We offer several different kiosks that are designed for different locations and venues such as parks, events or inside at schools and malls. But all options are between 13-14" wide and 52-54" tall and weight ranges from 10 lbs to 80 lbs.
WHAT TYPE OF SUNSCREEN IS USED IN EACH KIOSK?
We have developed our own high quality sunscreen and sanitizer used in a proprietary bottle specific to our kiosks. The sunscreen is broad Spectrum, SPF50 sunscreen that is oxybenzone and paraben FREE and is also reef compliant. We post the actual ingredients on every kiosk or a QR code that brings them to this site.
IS THERE ANY OTHER DISCLAIMER POSTED ON EACH KIOSK?
Yes. We post this on every kiosk. “Not suitable for babies under 6 months old. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and broken or damaged skin. If irritation occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Discontinue use immediately and seek medical assistance if required.”
WHAT TYPE OF INDEMNITY DOES SUNSTOP KIOSKS, LLC PROVIDE TO ITS ADVERTISERS?
SunStop assumes and agrees to indemnify, protect, defend and hold the advertiser harmless from and against all of the liabilities and obligations of every kind and nature (including legal and other fees and charges), incurred or sustained by advertiser as a result of or attributable to any and all liabilities, events, occurrences or duties related to (i) the ownership, operation or use of the Kiosks (or sunscreen dispensed therefrom), or (ii) any alleged breach of intellectual property rights related solely to the kiosk (as opposed to advertiser’s fascia thereon).
WHAT INSURANCE DOES SUNSTOP KIOSKS, LLC CARRY?
Commercial General Liability Insurance including contractual liability coverage covering liability assumed under any agreement with advertiser, and personal injury coverage, with a combined single limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. Workers’ Compensation Insurance in accordance with all applicable state and federal law.
WHAT MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING IS DONE TO MAINTAIN THE FASCIA ON EACH KIOSK?
SunStop does weekly inspections, cleans, repairs, refills and/or otherwise maintains each Kiosk, and provides evidence thereof to its advertisers.
IF VANDALISM OCCURS, HOW IS THE ADVERTISER PROTECTED?
If purchased through our production process, we guarantee the acrylic fascia up to 6 months and will provide up to 2 free replacements if vandalism occurs.
